		<description>dell optiplex 380 starts and shows orange instead of green and does not dispay. 
having read the post i think am having the same problem, it began just yesterday after sorting an email issue for a user, the next morning she calls me saying something wrong wit the computer. the computer starts, fan is working, orange light on mobo and start switch on front and cannot display, usb&#039;s cannot also be recognized. am yet to try replacing the mother board.</description>

		<description>I have exactly the same problem, it is a motherboard issue, by default Dell replace the motherboard and CPU when this arises!

This article perfectly explains everything that I am experiencing.
