Especially tags! I can't tell you how much more traffic I get because my categories and tags are carrying a PR4 and bringing in huge amounts of traffic for a wide range of keyword phrases. I have to "respectfully" disagree with this post on all levels, and recommend that Wordpress bloggers "Do Follow" your tags and categories to increase (dramatically) your exposure in Google search results. After all, isn't that the point in SEO? This makes no sense to me – why would you want to no follow your categories and tags when they can dramatically increase your exposure in Google search?

Especially tags!
